A Texas woman claims the roadkill she found outside her home in Cuero is really a mythical, bloodsucking beast.
The 40-pound bodies of three chupacabras, which in Spanish means goat suckers, have turned up near the Texas town all within four days.
Phylis Canion, who lived in Africa and is a hunter, said she believes the vampire-like beasts are responsible for killing and licking up the draining blood of 26 of her chickens.
Recent rains may have forced the mythical animal, which has large fanged teeth, big ears, and grayish-blue hairless skin, out of its den.
Veterinarians, however, think chupacabras are just a mutated, breed of dogs.
Watch out, paparazzi! I wouldn't be surprised if Paris Hilton tries wrangle up a live one for herself.
